Non football costs

im playing as aston villa and am constantly losing money every month despite the fact that ive considerably lowerd wages and have no monthly transfer payments. im in semi final of champs league and am current epl champs but i still keep losing money i lookd at finaces and my non football costs were something like 25 mill so far this year nearly double all of last season why is this and is there anyway to lower them
