Squad Harmony

I had a quick search through the forum but could not find anything, but please point me in the correct direction if I have missed the post.

But in my game I am getting a lot of messages saying that squad harmony is low, any ideas on how to raise this? Is this meaning that the team doesn't feel like a team as there are too many new players? Think I have bought about 6 or 7 in the last window which was my first with this team.

Any help or advice is appreciated.

Win games, dont transfer list players, play players who arent first teamers now and then and just keep players happy. Look at the personal tab on their player profile to see if any of your team are unhappy if they are try to fix it.

Try interacting with your captain and asking him to arrange a team meeting if the option is available to you. Other than that the only thing I can think of is just win games and get as high up the table as you can.

that and what i said but mainly happiness of individuals i would say are you winning a lot of games.

kinda 50-50 I seem to be getting better as the season progresses so hopefully this will clear itself up but I will try and call a team meeting and see if that does anything.
