My team is really poor in some positions and i have a lot of funds but when i go to make an offer on a player it says: 'Bid for "whoever" canceled Athletic are not aloud to sign non basque players' I thought this might mean not aloud to sign foreign players but i cant even sign some Spanish? Somehow, to understand it, it is necessary to bear in mind certain nationalistic pretensions that exist in the Basque country, but at the moment... we are talking about football.
