Bit of a nooby question...

Is it possible to have the Ass Man arrange your training? I keep seeing it mentioned but can't figure out how to do it.

Go to manager > manager options, and I think the option is in there somewhere.

I think leaving it to the 'general' training schedule is the equivalent of not doing it yourself.

Certainly is but thats not really allowing the Ass Man to do it(and hopefully doing a better job then the general schedule). The only part of the game I dislike is the monotony of the training.

It's pretty easy to design your own schedules, I spent about an hour on them and have used them since the latest incarnation of the training module.

I'm not your assistant manager, but consider your training taken care of.

Just download and import on the training screen.
