mgpformayor
Do you find yourself being biased towards players that come through your own academy/ of the nationality of the club over players that come from a country that is not the one that you are involved in? I find myself always choosing domestic players over foreign players despite them being somewhat weaker Anyone else do this?
charlo116
i like to bring in good young players from the same nation that i am managing in but if i find a better foreign regen i'll go with them.
Montanaro
I never get real far in my saves, but on my Greek save a few years down the road, I found myself going for foreign regens exclusively. Reason being is that quality Greek regens are few and far between. However, I always try to sign them in order to improve merchandising, and that players reputation. I signed a striker for 300K, who in his first appearance scored a hattrick and gained instant favored personnel status. I've since loaned him to Blackburn (I have a ton of strikers) where he has scored like 6 in 10 matches in the EPL. I'm thinking of recalling him and running 3 strikers.
