Club with the lowest value?

Does anyone know which club in the game has the lowest value?

I'm normally an LLM (who has and will never use FMTRE if that's its name) but feel that I want a tougher challenge than BSS/N, which is when the idea hit me to just choose the club that's worth the least and see how much can increase it by.

Anyway, if anyone has found this out before (or even has a rough idea) I'd appreciate knowing

These are the lowest value clubs according to the 'pick your team' screen at the beginning of a game.

For my sanity (and so it doesn't take forever) I've used the lowest availble league for each nation even though it's a possibility that a higher leagued team would be worth less. I also haven't included loan debt (for exactly the same reason as before - my sanity).

If there are multiple teams with the same amount I've only given the amount they're worth.

This is only meant as a rough guide for anyone that cares so if there are any discrepancies then please just say so and, i'm not entirely sure whether the estimates are fixed at the start of each game but even if they change, these should be challenging enough clubs for anyone (10.3)

I must say I'm creating leagues sometime and I see 1 in some club reputations but these teams usually closed clubs... but I saw 250 reputation clubs in playable leagues but somehow I'M not remember exactly and its not ethical for people who don't want to learn....
