DickieHudson
When I get past February 16th 2010 my game stops working and gives these messages: A serious error was encountered and the application will close. An error file has been generated in: RAH11/C:/Users/Dickie/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2010/crash dumps Football Manager 2010 10.3.0f104766 has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Only option is gives you is to Close program I’ve tried saving it to another file which doesn’t work. Is there any reason why this is happening? Is there anything I can do to save this game from crashing? Any help would be great. trekman
First if you haven't already then install the latest patch. After you've done this and if its still happening you could try hollidaying a bit past that date.

SI_Saga
Not sure but I've heard of a problem in FM09 and FM10 which is related to Memory Leaks... basically, once the game reaches around 1800MB of RAM usage, it crashes. Even with the latest patches, I've seen people complaint, so I assume it's some problem with Quad-core technology, or maybe incompatibility with 64-bit OS... who knows. Another idea is that it may be an anti-piracy feature.
Administrators Neil Brock Posted May 18, 2010 Administrators Share Posted May 18, 2010 If it always crashes on the same date please upload it to our FTP, let me know the exact date and I'll take a look for you. Let me know, thanks.
