Wayne\'o
Hi, just a quick question about coaches, what are the benifits if any having a coach set as first team coach or using a coach as 1st team coach and yth team coach..? There are also coaches that can be set as coach YTH, providing they have good stats does it matter if every coach was contracted to coaching and then you set some to yth coach in the training? Bliop
Youth Coach - Training only Youths. First Team Coach - Training only First team/Reserve players. Coach - Training both.

AjaxNo1
Ive never found one, I just have coaches, maybe have 1 youth coach who will be the manager of my U19's, but that is just cosmetic.
Nr. 9
First team coach spends time with first team only. So he has less players to train and so his workload has a greater chance to stay at 'light' (or you can train your first team harder for the same amount of coach workload). If he would also train the youth team as a "coach" does he would have 20 or so players more to train thus increasing his workload ... Same applies to a youth coach.
