Becanes
I have scout with 18 JCA and 20 JPA. When he returns with recommendations, he will mostly say that the player can become a good premiere league player. Now I usually look for the "leading premiere league player". When a scout returns with the good premiere league player does that mean you can't train the player to be better than that? This is for young players mostly (15-20). Administrators Neil Brock Posted April 29, 2010 Administrators Share Posted April 29, 2010 The best scouts should be able to accurately read a players PPA (players perceived ability), however not in all circumstances does it actually match up to the players actual potential ability. Sometimes you just have to take a risk on a player and hope for the best!
