Does the game remember your negotiations?

I doubt it is the case, but want to make sure.

Does the game remember your prior negotiations or how you deal with signing players? Can you get a bad reputation?

Example: I really needed a DMC to back-up my aging starter. Wasnt quite ready to rely on the youngsters. I approached 6-7 possible players, and started negotiations with all of themm including the teams of the ones under contract. 5 eventually agreed to deals. I accepted the one I thought was best and cancelled the other 4. Will constantly dealing like this hurt me in the long run?

im not sure, but i have agreed a loan deal, cancelled it, then somethings changed and i agree the same deal again pretty much straight away so it doesnt seem to make any difference

I doubt it does remember your prior negotiations or transfer tactics, but this sort of thing would add to the game experience.
