04ambroj
Hi, just wondering with regards to coaching, is it best to assign a coach to just one/two roles? i have noticed i gain more stars on the coaching stars, but i have noticed that it says the training is light? whats the best way to do this? i have 6 coaches so i aim to get the best out of my players with the most stars, but is it better to have more than one coach teaching a role, like shooting? if anyone could share their view on it, thanks. Belfast_Boyo
I usually just auto assign the coaches and the stars seem pretty high, but I've always wondered would it be more effective if I did it manually.
nev147
Its best to have one coach do one role IMO. Inorder to get the more stars for the specific training routine and therefore in theory a better result. I thought the light was the intensity - i.e. one coach could cope with light but the more players that do shooting then it may move to medium I think - but that would be alot of players doing shooting. But i cant remember off the top of my head completley.
Thedore
I always have one coach per role, when funds permit.
