It'd be really interesting to 'become' mourinho, or fergie or even paul jewell lol. This way you already have your set reputation, relationships and history, and if you want to take over a club who are doing well then you would not have to disrupt things, or have players being unmotivated because of your rep. Even international status will mean you get someone not motivated for you.
