10.3 Patch help

Not too hot on PC's - I have downloaded the 10.3 patch but it doesn't seem to be working. Could anyone tell me exactly how to do this and where I maybe going wrong please?

So you've downloaded the patch. Does the file name end in the '.exe'? If not right click on the file, choose rename and then leave the whole name there and add '.exe' Without the ' ' obviously. Once done just double click to autorun the patch and press 'update' when it ask you to.

That is strange. What pc/mac are you using? OS etc would be good to know, although this is getting to territory beyond my knowledge.

Running which windows? Are you sure its got '.exe' at the end because thats the only time I've heard it ask to choose a program? Its beyond me now.
