Oceania Nations Cup

Sorry if this should be in the bugs forum somewhere. After 10.3 I've started a new career game - started unemployed, around New Year I took the vacant job at Shrewsbury. 3rd choice striker on the club's books as I inherited it is Kris Bright, New Zealand target man. Throughout January he was away at the Oceania Nations Cup, it's now March and he still hasn't returned. Checking the NZ fixtures the last game was Jan 17. The next stage of that cup is a two-legged final at the end of March. Unless he's scared of flying and has to take an ocean liner to get to and from New Zealand I'm pretty sure he should have been able to return to us for February and most of March. Have others noticed this? Is it a dates issue or a competition problem?

The fact that NZ doesn't have fixtures doesn't necessarily mean that it's not drawn in the final part of the competition.

Had NZ qualified to the semi-finals? Maybe they are playing for the 3rd place.

Provide more info to minimize the misunderstanding.

NZ are definitely in the final, it's just that there's more than 2 months between their last game and their next one and my striker is away for all of it.

Well, looks like he will stay with the national team squad for the rest of the cup.
