patch 10.3. Quick question

I just want to know how I could tell whether 10.3 is working on my current save. I have downloaded it and it is on my desktop just like patch 10.2, but when I load my save game, nothing seems to have changed, unlike when it changed from 10.1 to 10.2.

Have you installed it or just downloaded it?

Anyway, it should be visible in your Game Status screen what version of the game you're running.

I've installed it and I can set up a new game with the patch, but on my save, I can't see any difference

Click on the big FM button in your save, and go to game status. It should tell you the version of the game.

Out of curiosity, what are you expecting to see changed?

I expect to see a difference in the gameplay, but haven't so far.

What differences are you expecting to see? (EDIT: Nevermind, too slow to ask the question ) All the patch does is update some game files. The only change from the patch you would be able to actually see and verify in-game would be the changes from the data update, but obviously that won't apply to a saved game.

If you can start a game with the 10.3 database, then you're on 10.3. The Preferences screen should also tell you what version you're on.
