speople
So, deciding to experiment a little, since usually whenever i get 2 or 3 up by halftime, the 2nd half performance is usually always rubbish, and i either win by just those 2 or 3, or maybe score another 1 and let in 2. I decided to see what would happen if I started doing the individual talk 'the pressure is off' for each player. Resulting so far in 9 2nd half goals in 3 matches. Which is the same as in the 1st half. OFC too early to tell realistically if this is the correct move to make, but have others had similar successes using it during the 2nd half when already leading by at least 2 ?? baker.simon
I use none in this scenario with maybe a personal team talk if the deserve it.
POMPEY657
I always use none when im winning at half time, i swear thats the key on this version..I will only use a half time team talk if im losing, even if its only by one goal, then it will be 'angry' or 'wheres the passion lads?'.. speople
I use none in this scenario with maybe a personal team talk if the deserve it. None is what i always used before, and hardly ever scored as a result
acidmonkey
i go with a personal team talk depending on motivation, the pressure is off for me is when im playing a team im expected to get hammered by tell them their is no pressure and we seem to perform quite well
