Running Windowed via Steam?

I've searched everywhere for a solution, but can't find out how to force FM to run in windowed mode via Steam.

Have tried appending -windowed -small_screen to the target of the shortcut that Steam creates, but this doesn't execute FM directly, so doesn't work.

So how do I do it?

I need to know, cos I'm running dual monitors and it's annoying the hell out of me that every time I click on anything on the extended desktop it closes FM to the taskbar and I need to be able to access both screens at the same time...

Please help!

Have you tried using the preference settings in game?

It's greyed out in preferences. Can't select it.

I had this problem in 09 so I made my screen display smaller which was the same size as windowed.

I have mine running windowed and I think I did it differently, but unfortunately I don't have access to my computer atm.
