dking
I am managing Italy and I recently sacked my assistant as we had conflicting playing styles, and now, for the life of me, I cannot get anybody else to take the job. I have offered assistant managers the role who aren't employed and they have declined. Any tips or suggestions as to how I can get an assistant manager at Italy? ahyeahok
Well its my experience that you would find it easier to get a italian to join you as assistant.. obvious answer i know... when i manage Ireland i find its mostly Irish staff who will accept. Plus even employed staff will take up a national role at the same time as a club role.
