Ass man help please.

Its time for a new assistant... and the only thing my ass man does is the opposition player tactics. i do all the team talks and ignore him on everything eles really. So what attribute does he need to have to give reliable and accurate advise?

Judging player potential (to pick out opp. dangermen) and tactical knowledge.

Some coaching would be good as well, as you can assign him to training duties.

I don't understand exactly what you mean.

Either way, I've found (at least in FM09 it worked that way) that different assmans gave different amount of information in feedback page during game. I noticed it when I replaced my assman and suddenly found that I receive more lines of information in that page. I can only connect it to some attribute of his, e.g. tactical knowledge.

Of course, it's up to you, I know that some managers doesn't pay attention to assman feedback at all, but others follow every advice he gives very carefully.

Judging player potential is to do with scouting is it not. Does it not mean, good at judging players PA and the higher the stat, the more accurate the guess is?
