LFC Rule Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 I get about one offer per month. I usually have to offer the staff a new contract to keep them. I say I lose on average 3 staff a season. Most times it is the youth staff taken caoching postions at lower clubs or coaches becoming ass men at lower clubs.
