Squad unhappy with Bassong fine

I have recently fined Bassong at spurs a weeks wages for being sent off for the second time inside 4 months and the whole squad were unhappy at this. I know this happens and after 2 weeks we were all best friends again but the issue I have is that he was given straight reds in both games and we suffered defeats in those games due to his over aggresive play.

After warning him for the first red card,surely the squad should know that he is going to be given a weeks fine or what is the point of having it in the game as we may as well just ignore red cards.

same thing happened to me, on my new save i just took the approach of warning players, then one defender got sent off and then on his first game back was sent off again, and Edin Dzeko complained that i didnt have disipline or something!!! suppose it depends on your squad mentality

At least now you know Bassong is among many of your player's favoured personnel. Sell him at your peril!
