"Enjoys the Team's Style of Play"

I've never seen this under general happiness before.

It's under my CB's profile. He gets to exploit near post on corners lol.

If I was a centre-back scoring goals I'd probably be enjoying the style of play too.

Used to see this all the time on older versions (00-01 to 05), but not so much recently. Maybe it's because I play a much more functional style these days.

I'm managing a truly awful team in a division, and while normally I play tight at the back, 1-0 style games .. this team for some reason seems to find itself in high-scoring shootouts. I start out trying to defend, but we're too weak for that, so we concede by the 20th minute, and then I have to start attacking a bit .. so we wind up with a succession of games like:

.. and I'm getting a couple "enjoys our style of play" even though we're near the bottom of the table. Interestingly, morale hasn't been much of a problem!

There was a version of CM that I played where Laurent Robert complained that he 'wanted to play as wing-back'. I like that addition to the game as it's realistic for players to get stroppy about playing out of position.
