rinso
did you install both patches ? patch 10.1.1 should fix a lot of the crash problems... can be found in stickies at the top of the forum. edit to add: do not attempt to patch if you installe dvia Steam cos it will break it!! and also, make sure all graphics drivers/direct x/jave is up to date! Administrators Neil Brock Posted December 4, 2009 Administrators Share Posted December 4, 2009 The fact it crashes your entire laptop would suggest it could well be a system error. I would suggest running some of the stability tests found here - http://www.sigames.com/sibase.php?type=view&id=142 For barker2009's issue, as rinso said the more information you provide us the more chance there is we can help you. It may well be you need to update your graphic drivers. Let us know, thanks.
