Tired Players

My players seem to be constantly tired. I am playing as Notts County in L2. I have all new coaches and they are all good quality. I am just using the default training setup. I find it hard to keep a constand 11 as there are always at least 2 or 3 players that need resting.

I have never had this problem when playing with Liverpool in the Prem.

Tinker with your training. Set the workload down and assign your coaches to what they are best at doing.

its your training, the default training has the aerobic and strenght up to hign, make another for during the season with those 2 set just under the lowest line, i find that keeps most of my players fitness high enough most of the time.

o yer, make sure the work load dont go above medium

Also try and rotate as players in lower leagues wont have same ability to sustain a long season without taking a rest. If u see someone on low % just sub them even if its half time as they will be more at risk of injury and fatigue

Make sure your players are not available for the reserves team as they will be fatigued all the time.
