Kennytellem
Hi, I started with Southampton a few days back, and into my 3rd season, I am already in the EPL!! (My job status when we got promoted was untouchable) However, as I tried to cope with promotion, my assistant manager's team report told me that my club captain, Morgan Schneiderlin, was only a decent player (2 stars). So, should I replace him? Won't the situation become chaotic if he leaves? Or is it possible to train him intensively until he becomes a 3 star player at least. I thought he was a good prospect, that's why I named him as club captain. Opinions please, thanks :o
FrazT
Dont sell him just because of the Asst report. Selling the captain can cause problems so judge him only on his performances and your own judgement
Shaka Sangoma
As FrazT said, don't sell him because of the ass man, he could have low JPA, although I have often sold the captain without to many repercussions, depends whether he is on the favoured personnel list really
Ezequiel_Lavezzi
Why bother with the reports, if he has good stats in key attributes and is a good guy on a personal level, he could only help your side, even off the bench!
Kennytellem
Okay guys, thanks! Schneiderlin was just voted young player of the month, one of the only few players that are performing in my underachieving side. 20th in the epl at the moment. Anyone has tips for setting the tactics for clubs with players of lower quality? I've been trying to emulate Steve Bruce's Sunderland but it has failed so far. :/ Thanks in advance!
