can i be offered the real madrid job if i dont have the spanish league running?

and i can i run new leagues in a current game.

at the minute i only have the EPL loaded, could i access and load the spanish and french league with my current save??

I don't think its possible dude. You load up the leagues you wish to play in, so I loaded up English and Spanish just incase Real came knocking.

No. You can only manage in leagues that are running. You cannot add new active leagues once you have started your save. If you want to add the Spanish and French leagues, you will have to start a new game.

i used to include several leagues, and i'm shocked a i can apply for Ukrainian team in my first year of the game although they don't have a league, but they are going to play only National cup, but i didn't apply, but could be offered ?

Sorry, you can only manage teams in leagues which you marked "Playable" at the start of the game. You cannot add (or disable) leagues once you have a save-game running.

So, no, you can't get the Real job.

You could conceivably wind up managing Spain's national team, but I've found it very unsatisfying to manage a national team whose league is inactive.

This is one of the reasons that I recommend starting every long-term (5+ season) save with the top leagues of England, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain all active, no matter where you intend to start your management career.
