Elias83
Hi there, I am not sure how to contact - had sent on thursday a couple of emails but no response so far. My problem is that I had to format my pc as I had a virus or something - however I thought the time to switch to Windows 7. Now my problem - after installing fm again on my pc I have been asked, as always, to validate my linces and activate it only and then following error message: It appears this license key is over its device limit. The key is currently active on too many computers. Error code: -1004 I have looked several posts how to deactivate a pc but I wasn't able to find a solution.. Anybody here who can help me? cheers, gil

baker.simon
nope I had purchased it at gamersgate.com.. You'll need to raise it with SEGA and not SI. You'll also need proof of purchase before they give out another code.

millers
Have you tried emailing GamersGate like they say to on their FAQ ( http://www.gamersgate.co.uk/info/faq-21 ) How many times can I download and/or install my games? Any game bought on GamersGate is yours to download and install as many times you like. Some games are protected with an activation limit, but that limit is easily reset with an email to support@gamersgate.com
Matt ex SEGA
Hello, You'll definitely want to mail Gamersgate as it appears you've used 5 installs already. Cheers Matt
