Personalised Cover

I pre-ordered from play.com and got e-mailed a code to get a customised cover. I went to the site and set it all up but when I clicked confirm order it came up with some writing what looked like some sort of database error.

I thought i'd try again but it says the code had already been used. Does this mean it went through ok? I had to put my e-mail in so I thought i'd get confirmation through that but didn't receive anything. Any ideas?

No that's completely wrong. One of the moderators on this forum is accepting the codes because there is something wrong with the website, it is not Play's fault at all.
