rinso Posted October 2, 2009 Share Posted October 2, 2009 If you have a "work permit" feeder club, then you can loan him there for 3 years to gain nationality. or the alternative is to use FMRTE and edit a second nationailty in for him. apart form that, there's no other way unless you wait for him to gain the caps, which he might never do. Robin_ellis_19 Posted October 2, 2009 Share Posted October 2, 2009 Get a 'work permit feeder team' specifically Belgium as it only take 3 years to get a Belgium passport. Try and sign the player without a work permit and send him to your 'work permit feeder team' for 3 years hopefully! and after the 3 years he'll gain a work permit OR wait until he gets several caps for Ghana not U21 or U19 caps.
