(8 Youth Coach, 3 Physio, had 2 GK coachs but one left and don't know whether to buy a new one or 1 is already enough) 2 - When you need a staff in some position, will the board inform you, or you have to find it yourself? swisso Posted September 26, 2009 Share Posted September 26, 2009 1. You have multiple Coaches to spread the Training workload and also to offer specialist Coaching. In your Training Schedule you might assign 1 Coach to a particular area; Defending, Tactics, Shooting, Attacking, Ball Control, Set Pieces etc. If you have 1 Coach taking all the areas his workload will be too high. 2. The board will only inform you if you have too many Staff members. They set limits on the number of Physios, Coaches and Scouts you can have. They never inform you if you have too few Staff members. Can be pretty illogical You can start with 5 physios but the board only allow 2, or 4 GK coaches and no others. I hope this has been 'polished' for FM10.
