Training Techniques

My team is not great (playing Mallorca). As my budget is low, I decided to have a really good training staff, with assignments of their specialization.

I've also created new training schedules for the team: "defense", "midfield", "attack", and "goalies". I give one day rest before a match or every 7 days.

The problem is that I am doing really bad in the Spanish league. I do quite well in the U.S. MSL, but very bad in European leagues.

Any suggestions on training, so that I can't compensate for the lack of team quality?... Thanks.
