Rb
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2009/aug/28/dave-galley-england-liverpool-manchester-united Interesting read. But it does bring up a good question about staff for national sides in FM. Should they be allowed to work for top tier sides within FM? As it seems they can't in real life.. Rb
what a load of c*** man utd have too much influence over the fa. The article is irrelevant for what I was trying to discuss . From what it says the FA have a rule which stipulates that ' using non-independent staff contravenes FA policy '
Tosh178
I think I'm right in saying this is a fairly recent rule. Up until a season or two ago, Gary Lewin was head physio for England and Arsenal until he left Arsenal to do the England job full time.
charlo116
The article is irrelevant for what I was trying to discuss . From what it says the FA have a rule which stipulates that ' using non-independent staff contravenes FA policy ' i know i'm just saying when the fa comes out and says man utd's pressure had nothing to do with it you know its rubbish. But if it is a rule it should be in the game, as mentioned above it seems recent so it may be in fm 2010 and we just don't know yet.
