Players offered to other clubs automatically transfer listed and "not needed..."

So, I know I can turn this off in the Manager Options part of my team, but I would prefer if the option would be off by default, a couple of important players I tried selling just to raise the budget ended up unhappy at being TL-ed. I was wondering what other people thought of the idea, it would be almost totally irrelevant but I feel it would make FM10 just a bit more enjoyable...

I keep it off for that reason, sometimes a player you aren't keen to lose is wanted, wants a new challenge etc. but teams arn't bidding. So I offer them out because I could do with the cash but I don't want to TL and say he is not needed because I am not that desperate to get rid of them.

I think I've mentioned this before as well, for me 'off' seems like the better default.
