Being hired by another team

Hello there...

I'm playing in Brazil and started in 3rd division with a team that wasn't even expected to be promoted. In the first year I was promoted to 2nd division. In the second year, finished mid-table. In the 3rd year finished 2nd and was promoted to the 1st division, and now I'm trying to hold on.

I was wondering, in the real life, specially here in Brazil, I'd definately have already been offered a job in a better team (higher rep).

So, should I declare interest in jobs? Do this work??? How do I know I can be considered for a job?

If you declare interest you are likely to annoy your current board and might find yourself without a job at all.

I know that! But what do you suggest? Just sit and wait for a bigger team to offer you a job?

If you're not being linked in the media with any of the empty positions it's unlikely that you're at a reputational level to be accepted.

It's continental.... i don't know if it's because i'm now also managing the Paraguayan National Team.

My mental attributes are 6,16,16,16,14,15.
