BladeWorld
Hi I got football manager a few weeks ago after getting my laptop fixed and everytime i start a game i have an average first season but a crap second season Is this because in my second season i get rid off all the crap players and the players that get me a few a quid in the bank? I think its got something to do with it, so has anyone got any tips to our i should "prepare" for the second season? thanks
QPRdan3
Yeah, your problem is either your team isn't gelling straight away, or the AI is working out your tactic. To avoid this either don't have a mass exodus of the squad, and try to differentiate tactics.

FrazT
Have a look in the Tactics forum where I am sure there has been discussions about the second season syndrome and its causes and cures.

Mojby
Dont' change your formation is my advise. Stick to one only. i use the same one (my own one I created) home and away and I am very succesful!
