wazza Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 All of my teams morale is superb, my main striker who is 24 scored 35 goals in his first season and 39 goals in his second. Everytime he touched the ball it seemed to go in the back of the net. This season is different, despite having the same rotation of strike partners he has started off the season scoring onlty 4 goals in 10 appearances. The only differene is that I qualified for the Champions League and relayed the pitch at the beginning of the season. He was also out for the beginning of the season for 4 weeks but has played continusously since then. He now only seems to score here and there. Any ideas!!! mlp071 Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 If striker was playing good in recent matches, AI will deemed him as biggest threat and tight mark(and /or close him down) him along with hard tackling in order to stop him. Try spreading ball more around , instead getting it to him quickly to release pressure of striker.So no, it's not your tactics , but AI's adjustment to mark that specific player Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
