Is there a way to make the game pause after every injury? Seems sometimes it just keeps going and I have people running around on 60% condition and don't notice.

Afraid not. You'll just have to pay attention to the commentary, or keep the player ratings screen open to keep tabs on condition.

You can pause the ME at any time, then check your players' screen. I use pause to check when the oppo alter their formation or bring on a substitute.

well when a player gets hit you know it gets to types of icon in front of he's name a light injury and the worst when you have to substitute

but sometimes no icon appears but still your player is dropping he's condition which means he was kicked, rolled over, shot etc bun still he can continue

in my opinion the players who get light injury icon not always they need to be substituted i have seen players with 40% or less they did bounce back

and i have seen players with a little bump and they got injured for a long time , i think it's a player issue try to look after them which gets injured easily and which don't
