I signed Andrei Arshavin from Zenit Petersburg a season ago. But still i have not obtained work permit for the player. golfpunk Posted May 25, 2009 Share Posted May 25, 2009 If a player isn't granted a work permit then if you have a feeder club from an EU nation then your player can be sent there to gain citizenship. Once he has played in that country for the length of time that is required to gain citizenship then he will be granted a work permit. However, you can try offering him a new contract throughout his time at your feeder club and he may be granted a WP if he has played in 75%(i think) of his countires international matches in a season. Good countries to have a feeder club in are Belgium and Poland as it only takes a player 3 seasons to gain citizenship. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
