phnompenhandy
By using top tactics. Study the advice over on the tactics forum. You could also check the Good Players guide if you want advice on good value players to buy.
ndebergerac
Sell players if they can be replaced for less and send out your scouts to find the best young regens and sign them up. Like on my Rangers save, you can't go out and buy the best (though one day, being an EPL side, you might be able to) so you have to think to the future. Your not going to be the best in a season or 2 unless you have fantastic tactics and a lot of luck. Good loan feeder clubs to give the young players first team football is essential imo. 9sublime
Ndeber is right. To successfully challenge the top clubs your going to have to wait a few years. Lower down, you can snap up a bunch of good players and storm a league in your first season but the top flights require perseverance to reach the same level as Utd, Chelsea etc.
