JiggyDempsey Posted April 21, 2009 Share Posted April 21, 2009 I have a coach with a 'working with youngsters' rating of 2 but he has a 6* rating in defence coaching. Would a 4* coach with a 'working with youngsters' of 20 be a better option? I think a 4* coach thats able to work better with youngsters would be a better choice because it doesnt matter how good a coach you are, if you cant work with youngsters, your coaching will not get across in a successful manner, imo Would SI care to elaborate on how the game engine interprets this?
