timmy
managing lowly Bournemouth and the assistant usually gives feedback that the passing is poor. What kind of passing should I use? Long ball? Any type of training to help improve these players.
SSGTroyer
Attack training helps a player's passing rating, and shorter passes generally have a better chance of being completed. Your tactric would therefore need to have players relatively close together, so the player can find a target. Lacking one, he'll just hoof it blindly upfield. The player also needs to be making the correct choices when deciding to pass, so decisions is also important. That can be improved with (more important) experience and (less important) tactics training.
