nickisok
is it possible? in real life there are players that changed their personality because their career didn't progress.
Jack Rudd
Yes. Tutoring affects a player's hidden mental attributes, and it's those that combine to create his personality.
Garion
Tutoring defenitely helps! I am pretty sure that consistency (hidden and not really a mental attribute, i know) improves as well, when a player ages over the years. IRCC there were other attributes that changed/rose over the years as well.

uppercut
i had a very promising DC who was unambitious, had him tutored by my experienced DC who was iirc, fairly determined. young DC changed his personality to fairly determined and a nice determination stat boost to 19 to match the experienced DC. JiggyDempsey
Aye, I have a regen who's personality was slack and I'm currently having him tutored, its now casual. Hopefully it will improve more. Is there a benefit to having tutored by more than one player or does it just backfire?
phnompenhandy
Is there a benefit to having tutored by more than one player or does it just backfire? Can certainly be a benefit if the tutors have different hidden attriibute strengths and different PPMs.
Mezz Boms
i mainly use a old player with a really good determination stat to tutor my regens that have really good potential. Also this helps them to fit into the personality of my squad better and therefore helps with dressing room harmony
