pool
Apparently. It says so in the game. I've read somewhere about a test that players will improve regardless of how good coaches are so long as the workload is low. But according to the help thing inside the game having a light workload is a waste of money and that better players require better coaches to help them progress. It makes sense but honestly I don't know which direction I should go. I've decided to start an unemployed match with Sunday league footballer as my experience. I got hired by Helmond Sport in the Dutch 2nd tier league in October. Which philosophy should I adopt. Money is tight I'm running in the red right now but I should get promoted this season as I've been winning constantly. Came back from 15 points behind top spot to only 3 (proud of that!). Training will obviously be really important since I don't have that much money to spend on buying new players. Thanks for any input guys.

Cougar2010
I suspect you are confusing light coach workload with light training.
