If you're limited to the number of coaches you can have, get one of them (eg assman) to oversee all the schedules, even if he's useless - imagine him putting out the cones; that way they'll all stay light. If I'm at a big club with limitless budget I'll hire 2 per position - one 7* high rep guy, and a young underling (ex-player) who might take over when his CA is higher after the older guy retires. You could just hire a bum from the street and pay him five quid a week, but as long as he had a light workload then he'll be just as good as the world class 60 year old with 45 years experience in the game.
