autohoratio Posted November 26, 2020 Share Posted November 26, 2020 Follow-on suggestion to this post in the feedback thread: Some of the time, I have a vacancy in my coaching/scouting/medical staff and find a staff member with great attributes for the role, only to find their preferred job/job suitability is exclusively for e.g. Loan Manager or Technical Director, with a red circle icon to indicate no job suitability/job interest in any other roles (despite having a Continental Pro Licence in the example posted in the feedback thread). Trying to offer them their non-preferred job in contract negotiations results in either them setting their preferred job as non-negotiable, or them ending negotiations because they feel backed into a corner. A feature to propose a different staff role than their preferred one via interactions would be really useful, and of course they don't have to accept every proposal, but it should be possible reasonably often if they have good attributes for the role, even if it means their salary demands increase a little bit. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
