Change formation when defending and attacking

I would like to suggest an option to change the formation when attacking and defending

For exemple: i would like to defend in a 4-4-2, but when attacking with the ball change the formation to a 4-2-3-1

A lot of teams use this in real life, and i believe the game could use this aswell.

If you take a look into the tactics forum you will see that this happens already in the game.

The tactical representation you see is the defensive shape. So if you set up a 4-1-4-1 that's how the team will defend. With roles and duties you can make that formation change when attacking, for example into a 4-2-3-1.
