I know they did spend stupid amounts on Coutinho and Dembele before, but how do they still have this much money for KdB without selling anyone? Because of the huge revenue stream at the start of the 2nd season you'll get a +150M Euro budget and a 7.5M p/w wage budget. With clauses that transfer can get pushed over +200M Euro easily. The budget gets approved actually as soon as you qualify for the UCL, but the revenue stream at the start of a new season is what accommodates it.
