Xavier Lukhas Posted May 31, 2020 Share Posted May 31, 2020 When you go to your staff page, you're greeted with a comparison between your team and how good the other clubs are doing. But then you actually go look at what the other clubs have, and I can't figure out how those average are calculated. I have teams with one Fitness Coach scoring a higher average in Fitness while we have two Fitness Coaches that aren't any worse; so clearly this isn't based on how good clubs actually are at a given training element. I have noticed this when I was adding only fitness coaches, GK coaches and having as att., def. and possession coach me and my assistant manager. We was the best coaching dept. in our league.
