XaW Posted April 29, 2020 Share Posted April 29, 2020 You need to get your youth level increased. The youth level is what determines if your team enters youth competitions. If I have got it right, then firstly the game picks all teams with level 1 for the higher tiers and down, then 2, 3 and 4, and, if there is any room, some 0s. So If you get your level increased you will have the youths teams in leagues and the higher level, the better teams you are up against, and that means better competitions for the youngsters.
