rafaelbenitez Posted March 1, 2020 Share Posted March 1, 2020 Considering the recent change effected by the latest patch whereby you can't place adverts for any staff unless you get rid of the existing corresponding backroom staff member, please bring in normal contracts for staff in FMT instead of the default rolling contracts. Yes, maybe for a big rich club there probably isn't a problem in getting rid of staff members but it's a massive pain for smaller clubs. Especially since in FMT, every staff role is filled at the very least by a game generated staff member. If you're in the recesses of the Conference or the second division in Wales, termination of staff will send you into the red before the season even gets started and their contract automatically gets renewed at the end of every year too.
